I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist. I work with children, adolescents, and adults navigating a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, traumatic childhood experiences, relationship concerns, life transitions, and self-esteem. With deep, attentive listening and guided reflection, we work together to uncover patterns, build coping skills, and foster growth and resilience.
My approach to therapy is grounded in warmth, authenticity, and deep respect for each individual’s lived experience. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. Whether you're navigating a specific challenge or looking to better understand yourself, we work together to make meaningful change.
Our work will begin with a 15-minute phone consultation to see if we’re a good fit. From there, I typically recommend a 60-minute intake session to explore your background, current concerns, and goals. Ongoing sessions are usually 45 minutes, meeting weekly or as needed.
